Milani Conceal + Perfect consistency is creamy and quite
thick and also highly pigmented. So small mount of Milani Conceal +Perfect goes
a long way. Because of the high pigment,
it covers up most of the skin problems including acne, acne scars, blemishes,
redness, freckles etc. The foundation itself is a dry formula so you need to properly moisturize your skin before
applying it because his foundation doesn’t stick to the dry skin. Altogether it’s
a comfortable foundation to wear with the lightweight

The problem with this foundation + conceal is that its concealer
part is not quite true. It reduces the dark undereye or redness but it doesn’t
completely covers them and also doesn’t brighten
up my undereye area the way I like.
